I know of an entity.
He collects and feeds on negativity.
When they see him,everyone run.

Ever since his story took a turn.
They say,he used to hang by a tall tree.
And the tree had many apples.

One side gold, the other side black.
Friends are something he did lack.
His title,guardian of negativity.

His reputation stood quite tall.
Yet the other guardian, they admired much more.
His opposite,guardian of positivity.

He shined brighter than his negativity.
At night, the king was alone with his books,he felt at home.
But one day,an incident happened.

And the tall tree fall.
Pressured to eat all his black apples.
Ever since,he sometimes felt alone.

His castle,throne was his home.
And nobody laughed at him no more.
Now,he is feared across the sea.

Or maybe in the universe, you see.
His form,distorted.
To be accepted was all he wanted.

And when he wanted power,he got it.
Now he feeds all negativity and fear.
And misses the happy moments oh so dear.

Ever since, his relationship with his opposite is complicated.
They used to be just kids.
Now they became this.

Fighting each time,good against evil.
Missing the days oh so medieval.
He didn’t want to become evil, but life had other plans.

He believes being feared is better than being given a chance.
In his mind,he dances with his memories, moments and flashbacks.
Replaying what he used to be like.

But in my very own opinion.
Deep down,he still has light.
He was just fighting to survive.

For every monster was once human.
And dark had been light.
It’s not his fault they turned off the light goodnight.

Now he lives with all his might.
