Some people ask me,what are my happiest memories?
Perhaps it’s the day he said he loved me for the first time.

I smiled and began to feel better.
I could taste the love and sincerity on my tounge.
I could smell the kind and sweet atmosphere in the air.

I could see his wide smile and sparkly eyes.
I could hear his laughter and peaceful sighs.
And I could feel his love and affection for me softly warm my face.

Or maybe,a childhood memory.
The day I was seven years old in the snow.
A snowball fight and making snowmen.

As laughter echoed in the air.
I could taste the snowflakes on my tounge.
I could smell the happy childhood in the air.

I could see all my childhood friends there.
The laughter and chatter ringed upon my ears.
And I felt safe, couldn’t feel my fears.

Fears, that it will one day go away.
That we will grow older and no longer laugh and play.
When we were kids and couldn’t taste the fear.

We couldn’t smell the smoke in a fire that linger.
And we could not see our futures yet.
We couldn’t hear the echoing screams, stuck in happy daydreams.

And we couldn’t feel the now lingering worry.
Time passes by in such a hurry.
But memories like this are forever.

We could taste the pure happiness.
We couldn’t sense or smell the smoke.
We couldn’t see the fears that provoke.

We couldn’t hear the cries and screams.
Living fully and following our biggest dreams.
When memories like this go by.

You could taste the clouds in the sky.
Smell the fresh air as you fly.
And see the birds among us in the sky.

We could see the sunset and do anything we try.
The planes,we could hear and see.
Feeling the freedom in the land of hopes and dreams.

And moments we’ll remember forever.
Happy, carefree as kids while we were together.
In times we felt comforted and better.
