They say that soulmates exist once in a lifetime.
If I ever met him, this is what I would say.
Don’t you worry,I’ll make it a sunny day.

If we ever met face to face.
I would watch his movements with angelic grace.
And I would give you a place you feel safe.

Kiss you on the forehead and erase any hate.
For hate has no place here.
Come and hold my hand,my dear.

Tell me,do you believe in soulmates?
If I ever meet him,I’ll treat him well.
When he goes home,a kiss and hug goodnight aswell.

You may wonder, how can I tell?
That he is the person I wished for oh so well?
Maybe it’s destiny.

Or maybe it’s not.
But believe me,I would never leave you to rot.
If we ever met, would you hold me?

And tell me it would be okay?
And a connection with no secrets between us all the way?
And after eternity, our bodies shall fuse.

Like the celestial beings we tend to be.
A sun and moon,an eclipse to be.
And we will be together forever.

And you will remember my eyes of brown.
And yours too as we don’t frown.
If we ever met,I would drown.

But not from water.
Instead,my happiness of a crown.
And the jewels on it will be the time we spent together.

If our eyes ever truly met.
Music would play,rain is wet.
And we will spend an eternity together.

For we are celestial bodies, sun and moon.
And some say we don’t need to sleep, eat or drink.
As we are made of magic.

We can overcome anything tragic.
Dear soulmate, the day our eyes meet.
Let’s make it a day we remember, make it sweet.

And we shall never admit defeat.
