Sometimes a thought pops up and it hurts.
You panic and your vision blurs.
Take a deep breath, you’ll be okay.

All of the worry will soon go away.
Here comes a thought, that tries to harm you.
That wants to drain you and disarm you.

Take a moment to think of good things only.
All worries go away when in the arms of the person before me.
Something you said failed and fell apart.

But moving on and forgetting is the hard part.
And suddenly ,thoughts are swarming.
Screaming and attacking with no warning.

When it comes to action, you begin to lose touch.
But you will soon realize it doeesn’t matter as much.
Warm,safe arms wrap around me.

And I knew I have nothing to fear.
The person says,I’ll be here,my dear.
So please, take a moment to remind yourself.

Don’t let those fears flee.
So take a moment to find yourself.
And don’t cry in front of me.

If you do,take a deep breath,it will be okay.
It’s difficult times when lies and fears play.
The person said and wrapped their arms around you.

Don’t worry, just hold me and I will find you.
Here comes a thought, that may alarm me.
That wants to frighten or harm me.

Something happened when I tried to look charming.
And those thoughts are often a warning.
I asked myself,is that how we fall apart?

But someone assured me it was only a thought.
it’s okay,let’s come and play.
Till sundown all the way.

A thought, that it will all one day go away.
I take a moment to find myself.
To find him and ground myself.

I take a moment to think of only.
The moments and people who stood before me.
And the thought slowly goes away.

I’m here,is what they had to say.
