I did that only once ever with you.
You were sick of all the holes in your sweater.
And I felt like you deserved better.

And the glimmer in your eyes shine.
It tells me,it’s finally time.
For I don’t want to look at a stranger once again.

Please don’t start all over again.
The way you looked at me with those eyes on our first date.
The way you forgave me for arriving late.

I loved you more than a thousand suns.
You made my heart do flips and it burns.
And if you present a a new fresh stranger in front of me.

I won’t wish to undress again for another.
For you saw me at my most vulnerable.
Yet you accepted me for who I am.

I don’t want to get undressed all over again.
I don’t want to think about our kisses and what it meant.
So tell me,what are we?

The weather is cold as leather.
And your touch was soft as a feather.
The day I took the train to go back home.

And I saw you there.
You weren’t alone, you were with your lover.
I went home and told my mother.

I don’t ever want to get in another’s bed again.
Not after everything we went through.
The glimmer in your eyes is telling me to let go.

We had such a strong relationship.
But eventually it slowly fall.
I know my regrets slowly grow.

I knew I had to give you more flowers on Valentine’s day.
Kiss you every single day and tell you that you are beautiful.
But I don’t want to find someone new.

I don’t want to undress once more.
For you saw the worst of me.
Yet you still stayed with me.

I don’t want to wake up in someone else’s bed.
You threw away the plans we had ahead.
So what even are we?

Why did you stay with me?
What did I do wrong?
I wrote this song hoping you listen.

The shimmer in your eyes glisten.
So please don’t make me undress for someone else.
Sometimes we acts as friends, and then lovers.

What else is there to say?
I filled up your cup all the way.
You used to thank me everyday.
