    Masseuse on a Mission

Have you ever had a massage that was so intense that the muscles in your stomach cramped up. OMG The woman almost had me begging to stop. I needed the massage for my back, but my stomach was protesting. When she decided...

    • LOL.
      Sounds like nirvana. Yeah?
I myself am kinda weird perhaps, in that I’m not a touchy guy with strangers on me. Yet in personal life I am very touching and receive it well. I think it’s a comfort thing. I’ve had a combative life from early on, so hands on usually meant aggression.
So no, I’ve never had a professional massage, nor do I ever want one. I’ve done physical therapy for injuries, etc. But that is not the same as going limp and letting some stranger be all on me. I get more tense. LOL.
Luckily I have Del, who brings out my comfort zones wonderfully.
As for your experience, i take it that you will want a follow up, in due time? LOL

      • I think I need to take some muscle relaxers for a while. I am definitely carrying a white bandana next to show the sign of I surrender. lol

    • Cleverly penned, Fia. Who knew getting massages could turn so dangerous. lol. Excellent write my friend. Appreciate you, cuz.

      Damian

    • The massage is indeed a very ancient form of healing, relief, spiritual elevation. But there is very little of anything good without the pain of releasing. Great piece Lady

    • OUCH… the muscles in my stomach usually cramp up after the massage … and that is usually not the result of the massage… but that can work as well… ok stop rolling your eyes… you had to mention the massage didn’t you?!?!?!?

    • Mmmm…this is givin me flashbacks of hot coals on my neck
while my dainty masseuse slow walked down spine. Shit…it was either tap out or pass out
      Sexy write indeed, lady

      Much respect

      Naaj

    • Hahahaha. I’m glad you lived to tell the tale! You had me smiling the whole write. lol
I love a good message. I went once for a birthday party. The birthday girl had her hair braided so when she came out it was all messed up. Like she was in a fight or something but she said it was a head message. Sometimes I wonder! Lol

    • I’m pretty sure this is one of those that can be taken in more than one way .. I certainly love a decent massage .. and I am also acutely aware there is a certain point of pleasure where blurring occurs & gets confused with pain .. like I said, there is a certain point that will vary from one individual to another .. I’m talking about thresholds here & poetry .. Nice .. Neville 😎👍

    • This is deep and takes the mind to a place that makes you ponder what we are witnessing today, could it be avoided if we just remembered past events instead of letting it just fade into the back ground

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Fia. So glad you connected with the write my friend. From the first couple of lines into the first stanza of writing this it just had a trippy kinda vibe to me. So I just kinda went with it. Appreciate you, cuz.

    • Tight rhymes, amigo. Sing your songs, even silently. They still hit.

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Mark. So glad you connected with the write my friend. Will do brother thank you for your continued support. Appreciate you.

    • hello dearest Damian this made me sad the horde is so ficke my friend I feel you ❤️

    • Well damn. This reads like a whiskey bottle that learned to rhyme. I can practically hear the guitar echoing off brick walls. You really said, “Let’s take a road trip with regret,” and made it sound cool. Brooding in the best way. I’m into it.

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Kay. So glad you connected with the write my friend. Thank you for your amazing commentary, I dig the description. Appreciate you.

        Damian

    • A beautifully chaotic board, fitting for a poem about drifting identities, inner shadows, and the erosion of meaning. You’ve written something that feels like a road‑worn blues song fused with psychological noir.

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, PAR. So glad you connected with the write my friend. You’re such a wordsmith my brother, even your commentary is poetic! Thank you for your continued support, it truly means a lot to me. Appreciate you.

    • Cool piece. Dark, intelligent & moving.

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Keith. So glad you connected with the write my friend. I try brother, I try. lol. Appreciate you.

    • I got the feel of a New York City late night blues while reading this excerpt of a journey.
C Train, getting off at W 4th St, an urban couple getting frisky and fussy in public, a homeless man marking his territory,
a rat scurrying beneath the 3rd rail as the lone guitarist curates those city blues.

      Straight diggin this vibe, D

      Much respect

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Naaj. So glad you connected with the write my friend. Glad you’re diggin’ the vibe my brother. I was definitely going for that blues feel, that lone guitarist has and continues to observe the reality of humanity in this world. Thank you for the stellar commentary and continued support. Appreciate you.

    • “Dark passenger”…now that’s a concept i like to delve into very much. Relating to this wholeheartedly. Maybe a tad too much lol.

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Benjamin. So glad you connected with the write my friend. Yeah, we all have a “Dark Passenger” throughout this journey called life. Appreciate you.

        Damian

    • I don’t know where this one took others, and I’m refusing to check yet. But to me, this reads as those who are watching evil taking the stage and are documenting what they see. It reminds me of a name much in the news these days, and the vile things perpetrated and orchestrated by him. But that one man couldn’t have done any of those things without a lot of collaboration from a lot of others. Many of whom are currently destroying our world. The blues in the shadows fits this vibe so perfectly. And regardless where it takes people, it takes us, my friend

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Willow. So glad you connected with the write my friend. There is a lot of blues in the shadows these days, and all the elements you mention in your amazing commentary, are definitely sprinkled throughout this one. Sometimes I feel the need to pinch myself these days in hopes I wake up to what’s been a horrible nightmare, only to have reality slap that notion down quickly. So glad you’re back. Appreciate you.

    • Small town and big city is no difference because those in the small town crave to be in the city and those in the big city want to be in the small town. Yet they bring with them the same thing. No change just the recycling.

    • Small towns and big cities all have in common…both those with small minds and those with open minds. I think this would be a fantastic song, my friend
