Sometimes I can’t help but wonder.
How do you immortalize love?
Maybe by the memories we had together wander.

Or trying harder for one another.
Perhaps you need to write and sing a ballad.
Perhaps a love song, one with thoughtful lyrics.

And beat that’s very long.
Or maybe writing a whole movie script.
Just so they can watch.

Without rushing or constantly checking their watch.
Usually my way of doing that.
Is writing a poem about this or that.

In which I always pour my heart.
And I try to win as I throw the dart.
Or maybe,some others say.

To immortalize love, support them all the way.
Like kids on a muddy day.
Jumping in puddles and laughing all the way.

Perhaps love is represented by a sunny day.
That sometimes is cloudy and dim.
Or maybe that’s what it seem.

Perhaps it’s warm, perfect weather.
That hopefully never rains.
But doesn’t kill the plants.

Instead finds new beginnings and ways.
Maybe the love we have is represented by a sun.
And a moon that looks down at it fondly.

A sun that glows.
And lends its shine before me.
Maybe love is immortalized into a sun and moon.

Sunshine,glowing specks.
And echo flowers of bloom.
Love is often immortalized by a bride and groom.

And you hope to never lose it soon.
Is it hard or easy?
This may sounds cheesy.

But sometimes it can be so easy.
To make me shine and smile.
Company that’s worth the worthwhile.

Would you write me love letters?
I know I would write poems for you.
I will never leave this world,oh so beautiful.

When you see the love in my eyes.
And negativity shrinks in size.
I hope our love immortalizes.

Because it’s worth more than any prizes.
