Bless You dear Light💕.. this little scribble was conceived within moments of my being told the young lady in question was going to have a baby .. it’s an old poem now .. a bit like me 😎⭐💛🌻👍

Wow! It’s about “baby” and giving life, You sure have the way with words lol. I deeply appreciate this poem in a different way now! Bless You 💕 Forever Young Neville 😎

I snickered and thought unclean thoughts like a school boy when first read, completely missing the lady’s age, sidelined, as I was, by the niceties behind that dress. Now aware that she might not be young and that I’m no longer 12, my motor is still revving. Summer dresses are just so fine!

What depravity does the rip tide take you to..
This is a good write which understands the power of lust.

Lust is a beast! You wove this one with a silken hand, Brenda. That ending was about dead on perfect 🧡

Crimsin, this is fantastic! You weave this emotional tour de force into a poem of great seductiveness. You make an emotionally sensual poem of the highest order here. I could feel the rip tide through you words. And the ending couldn’t have been better. Truly a resolution to surpass them all. Loved this all the way.

This screams with such a powerful quiet strength and says so much with a surprisingly few amount of words.

This poem makes me think of several things at once. A relationship in which one partner tries to dominate. The other wants an equal split or a literal split.
In a house, the rule has to be balanced. A back and forth, not all take and no give. But this also can relate to the current political situation. The one seeking power and crush all in his way. We don’t want to be ruled like that from that house, either.
This is good stuff…Opening the doors to varied interpretations allows readers to see what they will for themselves. And that is good poetry.

Chère A.,
Hope this finds you well?!Over here it is 7 in the morning and I played our coop on earphones.
We’re trekking again. This beautiful poem of your slipped through the cracks. I’m really sorry for that.
Cause I remembered your remark of you being on StarsRite too.
I was brought up with the ‘if a girl says no, she means no’ principle. So, if you want to write only one poem, I have to settle for that. But I hope that I can lure you to write a poem again!
Our coop drew 4.685 listeners* so far, so may I hope for another one? In NL*
Anyway, I wish you a beautiful Sunday.
Warm regards, Gus
