Neville, this poem was an artistic and soulful masterpiece. I felt the aging poet contemplating his life and its direction. Truly a grandly composed art poem that took me to places my heart often finds itself as I grown older. This resonates with me like a jazz song.

I just got the thumbs up to travel which was touch and go for a while because of my bad chest but now that I’ve got the go ahead, its all systems go .. I travel to London tomorrow & then get a flight to Miami .. from there I jump ship and head for South America eventually ending up in Chile .. Isn’t it amazing what lengths some folk will go for a bit of inspiration 😎.. I’m so glad You found this one .. You reading this particular little scribble is an honour in itself .. Oh’ and just for the record, we all fail sometimes and some of us more than others .. and also for the record, I do worry about You & wish You were were elsewhere, somewhere safe & maybe with me .. I wish so many in my country weren’t so eager to bury history and relive it. Those 2 minutes of silent respect are a beautiful gift for the memory that shouldn’t be laid to rest

Profound pain does this… when nature seems to reflect all your feelings and You also can’t enjoy anything of it. it’s like two opposite things, the nurture sharing your pains and nature is also going against You. “Random Thoughts About You” is a perfect title, the shattered mind and heart… one thought here, another there, one feeling is here another there… perfect song too, I love Kim Wild version of it. written well with feelings of numbness and emptyness being expressed and delivered clearly. Peace 🕊️ and happiness 💕 my friend.
