I loved that line as well. I was just trying to recreate a harder hitting answer to: “Casting Couch Confessional.” The whole three C’s, Then became S’s. Sometimes my lyrical instincts take over.   Reminds me of a poem I wrote around the whole invasion of iraq. The poem is lost to me, but I remember some of the lines were.
  
  “you can go ahead and die for your country
  I value my life over everything
  and if I’m gonna die
  it’s not gonna be me wasted away
  for a bunch of fucking creeps”
  
  This poem has fire and I love that.

  I’m gonna say I would love to throw a shoe at Joey G. If Adira doesn’t get him with her boot first. Ironically, I know a lot of musicians. All young & vibrant…& all in Nebraska. It would be amazing to see your words given the credit & voice they deserve. My partner wanted me to do songwriting for musicians but I shut it down because I “only write poetry.” 🤦‍♀️ I would write with you any day though. And I’m keeping my fingers crossed that your words are properly heard, my friend
