Gorgeous, Richard. Just that simple. Shakespear would be jealous. I appreciate the metaphorical allusions, and particularly the dialogue – which is most unusual for poetry. It’s top shelf seductive and intellectually riveting. The ‘Old English’ format adds a gothic aura reminiscent of a time long passed when chivalry ruled romantic endeavors and touching held high esteem in the realm of erotic motion.

Why is it, Lovely Dearest Mio 🥀
The site leaves your passionate bard adrift upon a sea of longing anticipation in receiving the beauty of your voice’s succulently inviting kiss’s touch ~ ‘gainst his fawning, ardent ear.
Because we flow the same wavelength, there’s no one I’d rather composer for or share with than You, M’Lady Faire.
A lingering hug ‘n a warm, wet kiss,
a caress of sweet undulating bliss …
can you imagine more delight than this?
(ohhh, I think you can … LOL!)Thank you ever-so delightfully for your always gracious sentiments.
I sooo miss you ya know, Dear Megan ⁓ Richard ✨🍂✨

You truly have iambic meter down to an art, Richard, but you’ll never get away with ogling other girls at the bar. We are always watching your eyes – the windows to your soul. Kisses are a dime a dozen, but a wink in a crowded room – that’s a fortune in affection.

Ohhh, kind, sweet Megan ~ sighhh! 🍇
Once more, I’m lucky to have discovered more sparkling treasure from your beautifully gifted mind ‘n heart left upon my ever-grateful page … I’m sorry to be so late in response, M’Love, it’s the site, again leaving me in the dark.
You’ve sooo sweet bragging on my skill, but it’s yours that equals/eclipses mine in every work of yours I’ve so fully, so thankfully, enjoyed the pleasures of. x0xHAH! You girls are every bit as flirty as us guys … it’s when we flirt with the one we’re with that sparks truly fly, igniting a full evening’s glow into a trove of romantically sensual delights.

How seductive the call of pharmaceuticals. Health, happiness, sanity.. all disintegrated by one seemingly harmless cure.
Excellent write, my friend! -
I am sure he would be impressed by your ability to adapt to his style, which is not easy. This has a good flow and rapid pace
-
He does have a machine gun style, doesn’t he? Quick bites! It doesn’t seem to matter what style you’re using, you always manage to bring it home on point, my friend
-
I like this style. Reminds me of a poet I knew. I think his name was JustDave. He had a bit of this style as well. Great ink.

As a former redhead I had to smile at the redhead reference. The chill you build in this is palpable. But where would we be without our muse? Mine can be a technicolor bitch but I’d be lost without her. The places you take us, my friend…

Thanks, Fia. It was a great interview, I can’t really rate them though, because I love them all equally. I learned in the songwriting world, a song is like your own child and you want it to succeed. Well I have a lot of creative children my friend. Between songs, poems, interviews, and music commentary. Like real life some achieve others not so much. I got deep into that metaphor, I did a me. I miss, Duende as well. Appreciate you.

I keep hoping she’ll show up again. Maybe one day. I know a lot of people struggle with the closing of DUP. The transition to new lands can be a challenge. I miss her too, my friend

One of the best poets, and thankfully one I call friend. Her heart is big and forgiving. She sees the good in everyone. I wish I could read more of her, but when her poems pop up it is always special. Now log on! Haha.
Was nice learning some new things about her. Great interview.

Thanks so much, Duende. I’m glad they live on in a new home, while still honoring our former home. It was an honor interviewing you my friend, I’m glad you said, Yes. lol. To quote David Lee Roth: “We were laughing like pirates!” Well it was two friends chatting. 😊 I appreciate you as well, Duende.

This was such an interesting interview. I enjoyed hearing Duende’s explanation about the meaning of her name and how she learned about poetic elements. I didn’t know she was from the Netherlands. You tease out some fascinating material, Damian.
Duende, it must have been quite frightening to go for five years without any literary inspiration. I can’t imagine it, because you’re a gifted writer and writers are called. I’m so glad you found your muse!

Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Meg. So glad you enjoyed the interview my friend. I’ve learned every interview has it’s on flavor, my guests are an important part of the dance. In fact I usually let them lead, it’s their interview I’m happy to follow and add some ingredients into the pot. Duende, is a cool lady, and an incredibly gifted writer. Yeah, she’s from the same place as the Van Halen brothers. She even messaged me a pic from her local paper, showing the a candlelight vigil that fans made after EVH’s death. Appreciate you.

“Tingles” (in the right spot) can be so sweetly enjoyable, eh? ; )
Thank you ever-so warmly, Ma’am….
I must admit delightfully taking pleasure in how your reviews always bless my senses a certain surge of enthralling vibration, too.
That you think this piece is sophisticated and nicely done, indeed, makes every stroke (of my pen … wink*) feel so satisfyingly enjoyed.
Happiest hugs to Thee, Lady-Adira! ⁓ Richard🖌
