  Just because we leave the river, doesn’t mean we stop moving. Just a different rhythm and more deliberate movements. You kinda tend to go with the river’s rhythm until you step out. Strong piece here

  It’s definitely the noticing. Being present. And then letting the bleeding begin. The way you share a story or a thought always amazes me. It reminds me of sitting quietly on the porch as sun goes down, listening to someone reminisce or ponder life’s journey. I love that your cats so often play a part in your story 😊
