The last line lands in a way that makes you want to reread this again, and let it linger. This caught my breath.

This reads almost like an invocation, a chant of summoning. Much enjoyed this. As Brandon said, it invites rereading 🧡

Powerfully penned, Brenda. Excellent write with dark undertones my friend. I concur with Willow and Brandon. Amazing read. Appreciate you.

I remember writing once “images of you and me never equal any semblance of we.” This caught my breath and took me back to that moment. I agree with Fia, those last lines are powerful and painful.

“OUCH”. Agree with those above, it is a very powerful write and painful to read and know it happens far too often. -Curt

Powerfully penned, Indie. Excellent write with lots of layers my friend. That ending was painful indeed. Appreciate you.

I get this. Jumping alone leaves the mind just as isolated as being alone. If nobody sees, are you real? Do you matter? I so get this. That ending is softly powerful

Chère L.,
Yes yes yes, amen to that.
It confirms our attraction to each other, our love, our being human, everything and than some.
And you wrote it in the best possible way.
I love it a lot.
Kind regards, Gus
