As I understand it she was blocking Ice all day and causing trouble. When she tried to run she sealed her fate.
It was totally unnecessary to shoot and kill her though. That Ice agent reacted too fast and recklessly. As far as her running him over, I didn’t see it.-

If you have a license plate and they pose no threat then let them go and get them later. They walk out like thugs. Anyone would be scared shitless.

speed chase…He drove toward one of the cops and they
fired though the windshield, putting two
in his computer…I live in what has been described as a
large town…So many forms of insanity have been

Including those boots we’re supposed to pull ourselves up with, we’re essentially strapless. lol. “Jackhammer of Truth” sounds like a possible song or album name.
