I am reading and I will do my best to get eyes on the creatives. Being a creative person is never easy, but it is a necessity in my eyes.

Well I was hooked from the first line, where does poetry go when it dies? I guess into oblivion to exist but be unseen and unheard. It’s crazy how we have so devalued and under appreciated art in any of its true forms when the world we live in now screams all the things that should make it thrive.

I’ve been depressed in the past, but some are clinically depressed and can’t get out of it without prescribed drugs. I feel for those people. It’s as though I’ve been released from jail due to time and age and they’re still in.
This really hits the nail on the head.

Interestingly, being weak on something doesn’t mean you’re not strong. It is just for that one thing that we have to learn from.

There’s definitely a lot of truth in this, but also everything in moderation. Becoming fixated on things won’t make you better, just neurotic.

I found this so relatable. It was one of my former employers least favorite things about me, but I’d rather be a thorn in someone’s side than someone I can’t stand.
