powerful feeling sorrow
wrap me in your arms and keen with me
sadness sing metaphors of melancholy
parables of hope
that I would one day be wise
secreting my understanding quietly
so not to let others see
bold is not the country way
gentle knowledge humility is a better quality
a more inviting trait
sweet sanctity in my Father's keep
where I learned free will
but prefer his instruction
tiny rebellion my love of the dark
though I know he desires also

Enjoying freewill & preferring instruction, that is humility & love there. Whether it’s Him or him. This is strong, Brenda 🧡
