Twist A Soul

Summary:
Another from the vault, wrote this in September of last year. I just like every time I read it, I get a different thought of something it could be about. Like multiple meanings, it has layers, that always gives me goosebumps. Appreciate you. - Damian DeadLove.

Thinking can be random sometimes

Not knowing what the brain has in mind

Of course mood does come into play

As well as the optic of what’s designed

Maybe just casually flirting with a thought

Or sinking deeper down the rabbit-hole

Might be smart to leave some breadcrumbs

Careful of the ones that will twist a soul

    3. Am I the only one who asks questions & finds the answers only inspiring more questions? Old from my archives:

      there’s a road I often travel
      between here…
      and not quite there
when I’m looking for an answer
      some direction…
      to take me anywhere
      a million thoughts
      a thousand dreams
      all drifting on the wind
if I try to follow even one…
      it circles back again
to this road I often travel…

Doesn’t stop us asking questions though, does it, my friend?

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Willow. So glad you connected with the write my friend. First off, excellent write my friend. I think it happens to all of us, it just shows a lot of us are searching for the same answers. That should bring us a feeling of hope, that we’re never truly alone. It’s the little things we all have in common, that brings me hope. Sorry for the tangent. Appreciate you.

        Damian
