Funny enough the first two lines came from lyrics to an old song that J.J. Burton and I wrote together. The rest of the words weren’t up to par. But always loved those first two lines. The first two lines are from an old song that was just a silly song that J.J. Burton and I penned the words to in like 1993. But I always liked the first two lines, so I just wrote something else to them. He mentioned the Joker because he was a fan, and I just used that to make the first two lines. lol. A little backstory for you, I always ramble on. lol. Appreciate you.

I think the joker could be Lucifer, but I was also thinking that darker side we all have inside. Really it could apply to any form of a personal demon, different to each person. As usual, I may be reading this wrong. But I’m feeling a sense of apathy is just as deadly as hate/evil. Those who don’t speak up for others, give their silence as a voice to the bullies. It definitely has my mind going, my friend
