The silence is deafening
Most days it is unnoticeable
But upon the moon rise
Thoughts become suffocating
To the point of being inconsolable
Disrupting the silence with my cries
Each teardrop slowly dissipating
How was I so easily disposable?
Luckily this sadness dies
Losing you isn’t so debilitating
Soon anger replaces so subtle
No longer do I check for any replies
This anger nurtured into hating
You for leaving me to struggle
Alone, praying for your demise
This hate shows no signs of abating
Under the weight I will buckle
If I dont let go otherwise
