internal freefall
somethin slipped behind my eyes
a break easin open
as if the floor in my skull
decided to make room
and crumble
without explainin why

warmth flooded inward
low and bright
a slow pull beneath thought
my pulse roundin itself
til somethin loosened

the shift came sudden
clean
gravity turnin toward me
my thoughts tiltin
slidin
before I could brace

light smeared
blue and gold
depth split wide open
pressure built in my ears
my chest tightened
then gave way
speed swallowin the edges

down disappeared
inside takes over
hollow brightened
dense and dark
packed with heat and motion
pullin harder the faster I fell

i fold inward
faster
shoulders curlin
jaw loosenin
fear stripped off by velocity
blood thuddin in my ears
somewhere above the fall

nowhere to land
motion buildin
inside itself

pull gettin louder
thicker
hotter

my body laggin behind
while everythin else
keeps goin

breath losin rhythm
edges blurrin
sound pressin close

heart hammerin
red
loud

still fallin
