Airport

Coming into the world

Living in an airport

Walking strolling running

Living a life of a sort

Some eat breakfast

Some eat lunch

Some eat little

Some eat much

At the end of the day

We wait at the gate

To leave this place

The memories we made

Waving goodbye

To everyone

Our time called

Under the sun

We stayed a while

Thinking all will last

In a bustling place

Time moves fast

The present hurts

The past lost

The future fades

All a speck of dust

    1. This is like a quick episode of many in an airport. It captures the essence of the waiting and the time spent and its observations.

I like it, well done, Sam.

    2. You had me thinking what it really must be like spending so much time in an airport. All the hustle and bustle, all the faces of stangers. I would imagine it would be stressful. Great way of expressing yourself Sam. Thanks for sharing, buddy.
