BTW, may I suggest you try and write with a simple and cheap fountain pen? I honestly believe that it would bring cadence and its own rhythm to your writing.
My latest pen is a Schneider, made in Germany, thin diagonal up and fat diagonal down. 15mm. €17.00 including ink converter.
I’ll be in my tent for some 7 weeks soon. And my writing book for poems and lyrics will be with me.
It’l bring extra joy and character to your writing. And to your lovely handwriting. Love your ease with words a lot.
Maybe I can lure you into writing nonnettes and such lesser known types of poems.

Thank you for reading and commenting on this piece. I like Triolet and mostly write shorter forms. I’m really not a sonnet lady. lol Thanks also for the idea of a pen, and I would use them having plenty fountain pens in my day but find erasing much easier with a mechanical pencil. I draw and have degree in art although I haven’t done much lately other than AI art. I have any kind of pen you can name really! Nonet? I may have written one or two of those but that was more than a decade ago.
I’ll try to keep them going but life has been a bit distracting lately.
