I die
the common death
of a common life
silent obscurity
insensitive dismissal
innocuous nothing
an empty orb
transparent, delicate, meaningless
clinging to leafless branches
to hollow limbs
anonymous bubble
awaiting
atmospheric intrusion
Briefly lived,
adrift
I bleed
Iridescent rainbow seed
I breed
soap skin children

A deep, grim poem that left me speechless!
Surely not speechless, M.E.
Didn’t I tell you that you could burst my bubble?
Hopefully, breaking free. “)
Ok, where is this seemingly endless depth you pull these words from??
Absolutely beautiful…
I’m so glad you like this, Drieks! It means a lot coming from such a deep thinker!
Poets are running hot today….this is a real bloody cracker💋
A bloody cracker? Whoa… that doesn’t sound very appetizing. Well, how did you know I’m a Vamp?
Giiiiirl. Whaaaat?!
Those last two stanzas are especially brilliant.
Wow… thank you! I’m glad you like this. I’m always wondering what you will think.
Powerful. This gets me thinking.
Blowing bubbles always helps me think, Thomas. Plus… it’s so sticky
lol
The way that I can relate; It’s almost as if, you’ve retrieved my exact thoughts from the endless depths of my mind. I love this. Absolutely beautiful, dampkitten. xx

From observation and deep thought come great poems. I never would have thought of this. Well done, DK.
Thank you, Dragon! Your comments are always awesome!
you are never an everyday kind of woman .. and neither are your poems
Well, maybe every other day. By the way, Sam… speaking of obscurity – your site is absolutely exploding, and my congratulations to you for your amazing success! I must say, you have the Midas touch, and you know where I’d like for you to put golden finger of yours?
