    • Just because we leave the river, doesn’t mean we stop moving. Just a different rhythm and more deliberate movements. You kinda tend to go with the river’s rhythm until you step out. Strong piece here

    • It’s definitely the noticing. Being present. And then letting the bleeding begin. The way you share a story or a thought always amazes me. It reminds me of sitting quietly on the porch as sun goes down, listening to someone reminisce or ponder life’s journey. I love that your cats so often play a part in your story 😊
