The Dead, strange folk, very strange. They have this vacant smile, glassy eyes and have these “tracks” they want to give me. They are everywhere. I think we should be afraid, very afraid cause now they are in the seats of power and want more. I went fishing the other day, and the fish I caught, 28 inch trout, tried to hand me a tract. Isn’t it funny how what dead people want to “eat” is your brain. They’re everywhere I tell ya, everywhere.
er…. sorry Thomas, I kinda got carried away thinking about your poem and Dead people. But I have to admit, I was looking over my shoulder as I read.A 5 snaps, and 2 hell yes, poem. Thanks Thomas!

I wonder what it is that makes them think they’re alive. I haven’t been fishing since I was 4, but I do love my tent time. Brilliant write

I’m admitting the title pulled me in.
This was in unexpected read. How everyday should be like Christmas. The meaning of it.
To remember to be patient and find joy in the unexpected, like NASCAR. lol
I personally think if everyone would have a sprinkle of this in their
everyday life, it would have a huge impact on your daily outlook. Life has a way of making us desensitized from
all the good around us. Like someone who says thank you and holds open the door.
Uplifting write! -
Adelphina referred me to this write. And also said that you look like a Santa!
Your gift to us is your emotional write here. It hollers out a plea that we all know, yet didn’t have the articulation that you did.
It’s a very entertaining write, even if full of frustration and the “is it good enough?” gift giving.
Well thought out, and written.
