I have seen similar situations. Habits can manifest into monsters. Change people into someone
you don’t recognize. By the time you realize what happened it’s too late, too many bridges burned.
I believe as long as you’re alive you can change but at times people feel it’s too difficult. They prefer what is familiar.
This write really reminds me of friends who get lost in finding themselves. They don’t remember how to look beyond that mirror. Great reflective write.

What a story, Me. She got herself together one more time and did the routine before she can move on.
It’s hard for some. It would be for me.
You presented this well.

It would be so wonderful to exhaust ourselves this way and then to fall onto a thick bed of warm moss.
