    • Chère C.,
We’ve an allotment garden (edge of Amsterdam – so we’re rich) and use lavender as a separation between patches of veggies. We don’t have to (will never) use chemicals and as a bonus, all the bees in the neighbourhood love us. They set our garden in motion, because they constantly move the lavender flowers with their weight.

      30 meters of lavender? Easily!
You just made me think of all the lavender we’ve chopped, bound and hung in the log cabin. The whole cabin smells lovely.
How lovely that you posted this poem.
      Warm regards, Gus

    Love As Ruin

There was a time when the wax streamed from our hot flame.   There was a time when our fire was a spark, then passion caught flame.   There was a time when the flame light burned like hellfire.   We burned on like candlelight until we were...

    Our Soul-Light

As our wax burns and drips down - our time is lost.   We both need darkness to see our flame - our soul-light.   We both need wind to see our flame's flickering persistence.   We both need ruins to see our flame illuminate a world -   which you...

    Rejection In Her Shadow

When she walks on by she's so beautiful… The light in her eyes is warm-spirited… She never looks my way and it is wise… I once hurt her and I can't forgive myself… I've become something new within her darkness… Consumed by her cold...
