It was definitely toxic, it took me getting sober and about two and a half years before I started writing again. Then I was at DUP for about 10 months before it closed. It was because of that community I found myself again. I moved here with some of them and am watching the Stars Rite community grow into something special, this is my home now.   You still got it. An incredible meter. Made me want to sing this. The imagery played in my head of a dark bus stop. Why? No clue. But the players in this piece for me, were intertwined.   I guess we all have our interpretations. I see a line of young people heading into a club or hanging out outside it to hear hip hop or rap. Many may disagree, but I see that kind of music as negative and detrimental. Just my two cents.

  Love the flow and the T.R.U.T.H. in this. Must have missed seeing this one on the board when I was here the last few times. But that’s just like the truth….you have to go looking for it.
