In German there is a big difference between the substantive and the verb.
The wave = die Welle
To wave at someone = jemandem zuwinken. In German you can simply say

As I understand it she was blocking Ice all day and causing trouble. When she tried to run she sealed her fate.
It was totally unnecessary to shoot and kill her though. That Ice agent reacted too fast and recklessly. As far as her running him over, I didn’t see it.-

I mean ice in my eyes is illegitimate anyway. A bunch of clowns who aren’t properly trained playing soldier. I think it’s bad enough when cops shoot fleeing vehicles. If you have a license plate and they pose no threat then let them go and get them later. They walk out like thugs. Anyone would be scared shitless.

Law enforcement is certainly overly militarized
and undertrained…I had a friend get shot by the cops in a high
speed chase…He drove toward one of the cops and they
fired though the windshield, putting two
in his computer…I live in what has been described as a
large town…So many forms of insanity have been
proliferated… -

I watched the video. The hardest part for me was how casually he shot her. And then basically shrugged it off. Stop anyone from getting in their way of cruelty…permanently. That seems to be their philosophy. And it’s backed 150% by the cheese puff at the top and his psychophants

Too late to be fashionably late, this must come across as downright lazy. It’s not intended this way. If still OK: congratulations to you! In the Netherlands we kiss three times on the cheek. Be prepared for this. 50% more at no extra cost!!!I used to be in the category of ignoring my birthday, but a beautiful friend on Hawaii taught me to celebrate the day of ‘another time around the sun‘ as they call it there. ANd since then I do, celebrate it in a small way.
So I’ll try and be present in time next year!
