It flew though! Mine often slam into trees at least once. I love the way you gave the pen over & let it go

I agree with you, Thomas…that some poems actually write themselves, especially the ending, which I find to be quite surprising when the moment offers itself to me. I especially loved the eloquence and poetic nature of a “tangerine sky”. Wow, now why haven’t I ever thought of that? Good to have another transplant from the WC at the helm. Good seeing you, Thomas!

Sorrowfully beautiful. Truly artistry in language that flows all the way until the end. You have a talent with words that is exquisite even in its sorrow. Fine art here, my friend.

Beautiful. Music can take us anywhere even in the wrong direction. Myself, I love the cello and the sound of a weeping violin.

No one wants to be the one to say hi first. Everyone thinks that the other person has a hidden agenda. This is an interesting outlook. Never wanted to be a boss. You know I talked with people in charge and some said that they felt the same way.

Powerfully penned, Nick. It’s a different world out there, dig this write my friend. Appreciate you.

Seems like there’s a mass apathy sweeping the human race these days. Smile & get blank eyes. Or a frown. It’s rather disheartening…I find myself becoming more reclusive everyday. Not a good thing either, but at least alone explains the silence. Great reflection

Thomas this speaks to me of deep abiding beauty in a timeless land. The imagery of the robin just learning to use its wings taking flight on the Western wind is just sublime. Loved reading this tonight.
