I remember this one. It is so good. Top tier writing, really. It could be in any creative writing book out there. I think it’s my fav of yours, and perhaps your best. Excellent.

hello dearest Tim you’re obciously of great taste…I feel your pangs on this rainy day painted so beautifully ❤️

Beautifully penned, Tim. Such an excellent write with amazing storytelling and precise imagery my friend. Nicely done. Appreciate you.

You spread imagery like a true artist in this one. A painter could never touch it. You took us there and settled us with that song in that café and created a moment forever breathing

Tim this is one of the most evocative and emotionally strong poems of have read on the Beat poet experience. I have read much Kerouac, Ginsberg, Gregory Corso, and many others and this poem takes me into the heart of their world but written in retrospective from a much later time. Truly this is a work of great poetic art that refreshed my spirit on how much I loved reading those writers from yesteryear.

On point, Tim. I love the reflective nature of this. It has powerful meaning on its own, as a read for us too.
My father died slow, and quite aware of it all, til the end. I was his friend more than his son. But it was crushing just as much.
Your write is outstanding. -
Tim, I felt this in the marrow of my bones deep in a place I haven’t visited in so long. Truly a deeply felt poem with a melancholy beauty that was perfect for this night’s reading.

Incredible! It’s like she doesn’t want to desecrate her sacred holiness even though it begs her to give in to human desires and lust so she transforms back into smoke. Really incredible poem and picture, Crimsin.

Nice! Enticing and not tacky at all. This is pure poetry, Crims. You did a great job with it. And what a pleasure to read it.
-
Passionately penned, Brenda. An amazing write my friend. Nicely done per usual. Appreciate you.

Chère E.,
I hope that others, more fluent in your language, have the right words at their disposal to give you the support you need.
I read your writes in the DUP and will continue doing so here.
No one deserves this kind of loss.
And what a lovely photo you posted.
Please stay strong.
Warm regards, Gus -
Hi Elle.
I just read this. Im so so sorry. There are no words that help process loss.
All I can say is your life was blessed in having the time you did I have.
My aunt lost her two son and her husband within two years time.
She is now getting to the point where she thinks about them without crying all the time.
When she prays she occasionally will light them a candle.
She doesn’t talk about it but I think it gives her a sense of peace.
That’s what I’m wishing for you in time. A sense of peace when it feels unbearable.
Until then god bless.

My funny valentine is a beautiful song. It’s something that sticks in the mind. I like how you said that a painter may hear it. That could make is day go easier. Nice piece
