I certainly know that scene, and feel much as you do about it. I’m mostly a quiet type who doesn’t talk a lot, so when I do open my mouth, I want to be heard. What I want and what happens are often not the same, however. Communication should be a two-way street. Your few words are an important statement.

this makes me think of metaphors for getting with someone romatically and going to the flea market and haggling for the write price haggling with a whore sorry Fia it’s the images your challenge brought 💕

This is sweet and insightful. If only people could see the reflection in the mirror. Do onto others as you would like them to do onto you. (I remember some school teaching)

An excellent story, to remember.

I enjoy fables, folk tales, fantasy and the like, and so I enjoyed this quite a lot. I wish this dervish could visit all around the world and teach people to behave better.
