Damian this song showed a lot of what I was feeling in my teens. It came out in 81′ but I heard it around 87′ when I thought I was truly in love. Haha nope hormones talking.

Wasn’t this song the James Bond 007 theme song. “For Your Eyes Only” was also the name of a Bond movie in the 80’s I believe. Great song. Sheena Easton also did “U Got The Look” as a duet with Prince.

Yes, I can hear that silence. It’s the silence of a mother whose son has been cut down in a gang war or a war in a foreign country. Or the anguish of needing formula for our kids but no money to buy it. It’s the search for decent work, but not enough education to get it. This was done beautifully. I like the meter of it and the breaking at the end give the reader a chance to feel between the drops.
