If you were never born you’d never be able to ask the question at all.In any case, we aren’t born at all as we are not made of anything physical.The body I suspect is just a vessel in which we swim.
The real you is consciousness and even that isn’t a you because it’s egoless.
I’m rambling here I suppose but you get my gist.
The you you think you are is an illusion.

Thank you…the more we think about life or death … the more scary it is

And it isn’t until we feel those first moments, that we realise how badly we were imprisoned.

I think this poem can be interpreted in different ways. It can the literal death or the symbolic death as in writer’s block. And you have spoken of that beautifully! Well done “)

I’m so glad, Mr. Dragon! Ironically, I was just on DUP and had a note from administration that they wanted to include this poem in the DUP Anthology under dark poetry. I happily gave them permission.
