I cherish the beautiful dove you chose to introduce our heart-touching co-write. ✒️✨🖊
Dear Fia, I thank you warmly, sincerely, and gratefully for allowing an admiring bard to share your page and wondrously magical skills … and, I’m ever-so humbled and overjoyed by your gracious willingness to do so.
I’m also quite proud of what our mutual efforts have created with this nostalgically romantic piece of poetic loveliness … I shall keep it in a treasured place.
Thank you again, Dear Lady-Poet … with happiest hugs! 🤗
‘Til next time! ⁓ Richard🖌 -

I think that is a sign of a good poem when you can read your work and get a different thought from it. Nicely done.

I hate sitting and thinking too much. Because then I start over thinking and that just is never good haha. Wonderful poem. It does gives you a different view with each read.

Am I the only one who asks questions & finds the answers only inspiring more questions? Old from my archives:
there’s a road I often travel
between here…
and not quite there
when I’m looking for an answer
some direction…
to take me anywhere
a million thoughts
a thousand dreams
all drifting on the wind
if I try to follow even one…
it circles back again
to this road I often travel…Doesn’t stop us asking questions though, does it, my friend?

Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Willow. So glad you connected with the write my friend. First off, excellent write my friend. I think it happens to all of us, it just shows a lot of us are searching for the same answers. That should bring us a feeling of hope, that we’re never truly alone. It’s the little things we all have in common, that brings me hope. Sorry for the tangent. Appreciate you.
