    • I guess even if we are wise and have enough awareness, still to have the experience is something else. When we are young we are young, when we are old we are old even if our hearts are not, and thus we have to understand this and respect our bodies about that. I might be not that “old” but I can understand and feel this. May all your joints and knees be as strong as a Lion!⚡
