Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Fia. So glad you connected with the write my friend. Joker, is pure madness. lol. Funny enough the first two lines came from lyrics to an old song that J.J. Burton and I wrote together. The rest of the words weren’t up to par. But always loved those first two lines. Appreciate you.

Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Mary. So glad you connected with the write my friend. It’s not really about the Joker, to be truthful. The first two lines are from an old song that was just a silly song that J.J. Burton and I penned the words to in like 1993. But I always liked the first two lines, so I just wrote something else to them. He mentioned the Joker because he was a fan, and I just used that to make the first two lines. lol. A little backstory for you, I always ramble on. lol. Appreciate you.

Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Brenda. So glad you connected with the write my friend. I think the joker could be Lucifer, but I was also thinking that darker side we all have inside. Really it could apply to any form of a personal demon, different to each person. Sorry for rambling. lol. Appreciate you.

The first thought I have is a person or boss egging you on while you struggle.or just being smug. Laughing at your pain kinda thing.
Great ink, friend

As usual, I may be reading this wrong. But I’m feeling a sense of apathy is just as deadly as hate/evil. Those who don’t speak up for others, give their silence as a voice to the bullies. It definitely has my mind going, my friend

Ahhh! 🌧
What could be better, My Good Friend Tim, than a captivating soliloquy of imaginative Free Verse poetry from the rainbow of your dancing pen, creatively presenting the wonders of “Rain” to fill and soothe our parched imaginations.
Nice rhymes ‘n imagery in Poem 1, and your artwork choice sets the perfect mood.
I enjoyed each offering … particularly:“For an hour, the sky recites
poems from heaven
and I listen…mesmerized.”Outside my window, rain’s forecast today … I’m keeping my best umbrella and shiny red boots handy!
Good stuff, Syr Poet … much enjoyed, as usual! ⁓ Rascal🖌150/100

Quite a collection, Sir Tim.
Especially the woman in the window piece. Yet, the beginning obviously draws the reader in, with the vivid imagery. Well stocked stack of art, this.
And good to see you here.
