Hi Sam!
Thank you for the lovely comment. Nature is a great muse for me. Even the outer limits like space.
When we use it to capture ourselves or habits, like aging or rebirth, it becomes relatable. At least for me.
Being from Texas with all the heat and quickly changing weather patterns, it’s quite the muse! Thanks for stopping by Sam!
Always great to see you!

yay! You posted something! And gee, how ironic that this one and my latest mimic the other. Almost like we are linked somehow!
This is beautiful, like you! I love the expressive wisdom that is delicately placed within the lines. It attaches some history as an acknowledgement, but moves on to your present day, and how you feel enveloped in a calming day.
Wonderful baby.-
Well hello there big sexy!
Yes, I posted something. Needed a break from my book for a minute.
Plus it feels good to give back to the writing community here.
And us being linked was totally inevitable since I snared you in my poetry’s web! Hehehe
It feels great when we post similar subject matter:)Smooches sugar lips!

It’s about damn time you posted again! And the wait has been worth it, with your high quality gems.
– I was going to post something involving trees/leaves tonight actually, but there’s a glitch in posting currently, It has to wait.
But we have your wonderful poem to inspire us, and it does. I love the calm of this “ending” towards life. It brings a peace of mind that life has been rewarding. It is a soothing tone. What a great approach.
wonderful write, Elke. -

I guess we can see ourselves in everything nature has to offer… a tree rising then withering away, a leaf dancing in the wind then falling to the ground, a cloud flying above then evaporating in the sky… a beautiful poem
