    • I let out a breath on this. Smashing dreams with a wrecking ball. I feel this very much

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Fia. So glad you liked the write my friend. I liked that line as well. Appreciate you.

    • Sounds like it’ll kick you in the gut and make you feel everything. 👍

    • Damian, I felt this in more ways than I can count.

“ Give misery an inch it’ll take a mile

This one will change the life we knew

Each passing day grows more hostile

Can’t outrun fate tightening the screw” — Whew. Talk about chills.. it makes me somber realizing how one can relate to our own experiences, but find peace in knowing I am not alone. Best wishes, my friend. We are in this fight together. xx

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, P.G. So glad you could relate to the write my friend. I loved that verse as well, yes we are in it together. Appreciate you.

    • Outstanding piece my friend. Great job.

    • Damn if you didn’t encapsulate perfectly the world we’re trying to navigate now. If it’s not torpedoes from above, it’s landmines below. People having to go bankrupt putting food on the table while criminals feast in exalted places. I’d be riled up if it was so depressing. Another solid one, my friend

      • Thanks so much for reading and your kind words, Willow. So glad you connected with the write my friend. “If it’s not torpedoes from above, it’s landmines below.” that is a killer line. You should use that in a write. Once again you’re spot on. Appreciate you.

    • I agree, lately I have been getting spammed with “”new post by friend”” notifications, and when I try to click it ,it doesn’t show the user,or the post,as most of us have multiple friends.. Would be nice to have it atleast say which friend posted.

    • We can remove the notification, but it will be up to you to go to the More tab to see what your friend has posted in your friend group. Also, you can see it on the primary page.

    • Road rage is real… It brings out our basic animal in people. Nice spill

    • It’s scary how crazy people get from road rage..and then emotions escalate into mayhem sometimes..thanks for the comment

    • Would it be awful to say I’ve daydreamed about this similarly not just dreamed? Is it really a sin to just think about it, though?

    • I think we have all had certain thoughts of 1 thing or another..I’ve had people zip by me recklessly and I’ve thought I hope they wreck..and I def don’t want them to wreck or hurt themselves or especially harm any other innocent bystander but it’s human nature sometimes to think or even say things we don’t mean..so I don’t think it’s awful

    • This piece kicked ass! Nice work here!

    • Thank you..glad it kicked ass..thanks for commenting
