In some ways you’re courageous for even contemplating a better day to follow. I’ve seen some that have given up totally and would never even contemplate that kind of thought. The chains of depression are often impossible to break for some. Great poem, Angels.

You have the right attitude. We all encounter unpleasantness in life–it can’t be helped. Look at it as spilled milk, get busy taking care of yourself and carry on. That is often hard to do, but we must.
