I feel everything today needs another app.
One app for messages.
One for banking.
One for investing.
One for checking prices.
Another one for something else.
Sometimes technology is supposed to make life simple, but after a point it feels like we are only changing screens all day.
I noticed the same thing when I started looking at trading platforms.
At first I thought more tools meant I needed more websites.
One place for crypto.
Another place for futures.
Another place if I wanted to see some automated trading tools.
It gets tiring.
That is why I started paying more attention to platforms that put different things in one place.
BYDFi is one of the platforms I came across while looking at this.
It has crypto trading, futures, copy trading and some automated trading tools inside the same platform.
I am not saying everybody needs every feature.
Most of the time we probably use only a few things anyway.
But I like the idea that when you want to try something different, you do not always need to start again somewhere else.
Maybe that is what I want more from technology now.
Not more apps.
Not more buttons.
Just fewer places to manage.
I think convenience is not always about having more.
Sometimes it is simply about having less to switch between.
