You are everywhere.

You fill my thoughts.

With you I WANT to remove my masks.

You wreak sweet havoc in my world.

This Love for you fevers me.

Just when I imagine

I’m finally immune to your contagion,

my temperature rises again bringing

Hallucinations—feeling you deep inside,

stopping my breath

transporting me through colors of magic

on kaleidoscopic horizons of heaven.

Incurably Lovesick I am.

You blaze in my heart,

pulse through my veins,

scorch my blood.

You Fever my years as I burn,

thirsty for your presence

the gaze of your cool blue eyes

to soothe this inferno.

    1. Whew!

Scorch my blood is such a fantastic line. This entire poem is fantastic.

Side note: my autocorrect was affected by your words too. I’m not gonna tell you what it kept saying before I had to slap it a few times…
