Half Remembered

To be a butterfly on unseen winds,
no name, just the lift of the breeze
Beneath the golden unfurling of wings,
and drift where the blossoms whisper
Petals tremble with the weight of dew,
then gone, like a sigh, like a dream
half-remembered

    1. Beautifully said. I have a white butterfly that flies in my backyard all the time. This reminded me right away of him.
