drinking in delight I succumb to all that is natural
awakening my senses the velvet feel of the grass
brining me smiles the little flowers dotting the green
the weeping willow tree who takes note
observes me with positive thoughts
the blue touches down on me and I fly
lilting on a breeze
secret folly is to worry
sacred understanding in a dream
a little garden cottage
a sanctuary for my soul
vivid colors to inspire my art
timeless faith I see what I dislike
still I choose to believe
sanity is given, the flowers look to the sun
and so do I

hello dearest Damian thank you graciously I hope you’re feeling good vibes today ❤️
Nature is the original healer of our ails, or at least, a great distractor from them. It is within the great green grandeur we can be our true selves, without fear or self editing blocking us. Your hopeful and catharsis inducing write reflects this truth and so much more. In a world so full, I am happy you found a moment of peace, tranquility, and zen. Excellent poem!
Keep smiling, my friend
