So beautiful and elegant
The irrelevant elephant
Poachers and their thievery
In a quest for precious ivory
The valuable tusks are cut
And sold on the black market
Sales are made for quick cash
Corrupt governments no backlash
Sadly the elephants left for dead
Extinct possibilities lie ahead
As their population dwindles down
In the future they won’t be around
Stronger regulations needed for survival
To assist in the elephant revival
Let’s be smart and intelligent
And help save the irrelevant elephant
hello Mr D the elephant has long been my favorite animal then are extremely smart and caring animals it breaks my heart knowing they suffer I watch elephant rescues everyday and know for everyone save there are so many more out their hurt great write 💕
Yeah..I went to the Philadelphia zoo wed and there was no elephants..1st time I’ve been there and haven’t seen them..it made me think..Its sad to think they are killed/poached for money for their tusks..no life is worth that..and i know there are groups out there that help protect them and .any good governments but it feels like its not enough as they are becoming more and more endangered..im glad you enjoyed..and thanks for commenting..hope all is well
