As body and mind begin their long, twisting journey towards full functionality,
I have found painting walls to be an ideal workout for both.
Not too taxing physically, and only a small amount of brainpower is required.
I can just concentrate on what I’m doing, or think a little, or a lot.
Whilst unable to work very much, it provides a focus
and a sense of achievement.
The old is made new; the dirty made clean; the wear and tear fixed.
Each brushstroke brings light and life back to the room
and I open my heart to receive some of the same.

That’s a cool window bay. A great pic, too.
Your write is very welcoming to read, it sets such an awesome tone with its message. I love it, Ellie. Good stuff!
You are lovely!
This is a calming piece. I like how you occupy you time by painting. Lovely
Thank you. There’s a lot I’m currently unable to do. Life has taken so much away this year. But we will get there.
