- Serendipitously, Darling
- Folded wings of You
- Ink on the Thigh
- Hunger Between Us
- Where Stars Lean
We stand inches apart
close enough to feel
the ache between us,
not close enough
to soothe it.
Your eyes confess
what your mouth resists.
Each second stretches tight,
humming with sharp sweetness
of wanting you
before you finally
reach for me.

It sounds of a Cognac moment, confessing to the spider. Its kinky without the web.
You always sneak in the mischief, Atticus. You’ve got a talent for turning odd corners into kink, so I’ll just let you have your moment. 😉
Chère G.,
Does the expression:
subcutaneous tension
Mean anything in English?
The song: I’ve got you under my skin is English and in my native language it’s perfectly OK to say you feel a (pleasant) Slight tension under your skin.
This sub something is what the translate thingy made of it.
Anyway you are always able to cause this with you poems. Hat off. I don’t wear more than one hat at a time, so hat off is all you need.
If you’re American: thank you so much for posting
In all other cases: please keep them coming these poems of yours.
Warm regards, Gus
Thank you so much, Gus. And yes, I’m American.
