Planting seeds yesterday got me thinking.
Seeds, with their protective coating, will sit undisturbed for years in a dry place. But,put them in the soil with water and sun and voila…plants appear.
For all intents and purposes they were dried up and dead.
What if the human body is the same as a seeds protective covering?A protective shell for our true self, just waiting for the right conditions to arise before flowering.
We inhabit our bodies but we are not them.We are the kernels of consciousness.Dormant not dead.Encased in our bodies for decades.Enduring countless threats and false dawns.
Some humans flower early but most don’t. Ghandi,Mandella,Buddha they broke free of the body, let go of their own construction and each became a ‘flower of peace’.
That’s what we are here for.
That’s why we are here.
To blossom.
‘flower of peace’ seeds trying to escape our mortal existence ,this human carapace we call us.

That was beautifully written Peter… this surly is a blossom
Thanks Sam…..glad you liked it.
