Where conversation fails, music speaks.
I understand now, too late, a little of why you were unable to talk;
why from your perspective, at least, relationships had broken down,
although nothing changed from our side
and we never stopped loving you.
We will ALWAYS love you
It took a friend to help us understand
that the last song you added was your farewell note to us.
Would it have made any difference if we had known that sooner?
No…
we’re just so sad that it had to end this way.

hello beautiful poetess I believe her to be with you still in a way I often talk to my son who has passed…it helps ❤️
Thank you for dropping by regularly. Would you like to tell me about your son? Lauren was 17 and killed herself two months ago. It’s very raw still.
my son was only 37 and he drank himself to death I had to tell him I’m sorry because I felt like I failed him I’m very sorry for your loss no matter the time we with them it is not enough I asked God when he was born did you know how many days I would have with him? your loss will never go but it will get a bit better to carry on much love Brenda ❤️
Sad and the title is perfect. My condolences.
D.
Thank you. It’s the name of the last song she had added/ been listening to. Don McLean.
