Summary:
I have bipolar disorder...

Can anyone ever hope
to explain or derive truly
the biophysical nature of me
orbiting these twin poles

A classical three body problem
whose physics still eludes
whose attraction so exudes
like some wicked alchemy

Converting my calm days
into such maniacal ways
only to be met
by the ragged jagged precipice

Like some ever doomy
ever gloomy pendulum
unable to meet equilibrium
to find some balance

As I forever whirl
forever twirl
like some chipped teacup

in search of a tempest

    1. Your plight is described perfectly, S.

The questioning, the whirling, the searching, it’s never still waters.

      Excellent ink.

    2. Oh that is gorgeous.

“By the ragged jagged precipice” has to be my favourite line, but the tempo and the words you chose fit together so well.

Sometimes I wonder why we’re doomed to look for stillness, when really everything in life is more of a process in motion, though. Drawn to trying to find some kind peak moment where it all aligns, but maybe it’s more important to strive well than it is to achieve some end?

Excellent write, thank you for sharing

    3. A very moving poem about a devastating disorder, so sensitively written. Be proud of what you have achieved.

    4. I agree, brave and beautiful LDF…

This resonates with me, as well…

I just went for a walk, sort of,
      gravitating back to something like
equilibrium, following the closing of DUP…

      Twas/tis such a unique form of loss…

(But it got me thinking about the different
times where I was searching for equilibrium…

One thing I would say is that equilibrium is
not all it’s cracked up to be…

      :)(I don’t mind being a little crazy, honestly…

I have taken quite a liking to it…

      I have decided I like being dangerous…

      Poem inspired… TY)

I agree also, with the idea of our will to
stillness, based upon our divine sides…

In a world that is ever moving…

A fine dance between fine dancing partners…

      Nicely done…

I miss you and think of you often
